Điều kiện bảo hộ nhãn hiệu quy định tại Điều 72 và Điều 74 Luật Sở hữu trí tuệ 2005, được sửa đổi bởi Luật số 07/2022/QH15 — trong đó bổ sung dấu hiệu âm thanh thể hiện dưới dạng đồ hoạ vào các dấu hiệu có thể được bảo hộ làm nhãn hiệu.
