Indicating membership in an international association of organizations composed of accreditation and accepted bodies, associations and entities, that provides education and training to accreditation bodies to harmonize and provide for the consistent application of conformity assessment activities to international standards, that provide for the harmonization and consistency of standards in order to benefit public health, safety and welfare and to facilitate international and domestic trade, and that provide for conferences and special working groups where information relating to accreditation can be exchanged and criteria for consensus guidelines can be established and administered (terms considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13(2)(b) of the Common Regulations under the Madrid Agreement and Protocol).
