Subject: Viet Nam DNA’s Letter of Approval for the …. (1)...
Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding the ….(1)…. developed by the …(2)…, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) of Viet Nam issues a Letter of Approval for this CDM project activity in Viet Nam and would like to confirm that:
1. The Government of Viet Nam has ratified the Kyoto Protocol on 25 September 2002;
2. This is approval of voluntary participation in the proposed CDM project activity; and
3. The above-mentioned project activity contributed to sustainable development in Viet Nam.
The duration of validity of this Letter of Approval shall be 24 months from the date hereof.
Furthermore, this Letter of Approval is subject to the condition: the project must be developed in accordance with the Project Design Document received by the Viet Nam DNA. The Viet Nam DNA reserves its right to revoke this Letter of Approval in the event of non-compliance with the condition stated herein.
