CIRCULAR

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF AQUACULTURE DISEASES MUST BE ANNOUNCED AS EPIDEMICS

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP of January 03, 2008 prescribing functions, tasks, and the organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development; the Government's Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP of September 10, 2009 on amending Article 3 of the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP of January 03, 2008;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary medicine of April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP of March 15, 2005 detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary medicine; the Government's Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development promulgates the list of aquaculture diseases must be announced as epidemics as follows:

Article 1. Promulgated together with this Circular the List of aquaculture diseases must be announced as epidemics.

This List shall be supplemented upon the appearance of new dangerous diseases that must be announced as epidemics.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect after 45 days as from the date of signing.

This Circular supersedes the Circular No. 39/2009/TT-BNNPTNT of June 29, 2009 promulgating the list of aquaculture diseases must be announced as epidemics by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development.

Article 3. Chief of the Ministry Offices, the Director of the Veterinary Department, Heads of Ministerial units, directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural development of central-affiliated cities and provinces are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.

The agencies, organizations, individuals are recommended to give feedbacks on the difficulties and obstructions arising during the course of implementation to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development for prompt amendments and supplements./.
