DECISION
PROMULGATING GUIDING DOCUMENTS FOR HAEMODIALYSIS MEDICAL PROCEDURES
MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to 2009 Law on Medical Examination and Treatment;
Pursuant to Decree No.75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government on function, duties, right and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Consider the meeting record dated November 28, 2017 of the council for acceptance of haemodialysis medical procedures provided by the Ministry of Health;
At the request of Director of the Medical Service Administration,
HEREBY DECIDE:
Article 1. The guiding documents for haemodialysis medical procedures, including 52 medical procedures, are issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. These guiding documents apply to all medical examination and treatment facilities.
Pursuant to these guiding documents and specific conditions of each medical facility, Director of each medical examination and treatment facility shall prepare and issue a guiding document for haemodialysis medical procedures suitable for such facility.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed for promulgation.
Article 4. Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of the Medical Service Administration, Chief Ministry Inspectorate, Directors and Directors General of departments affiliated to the Ministry of Health, Directors of Hospitals or Institutions providing hospital beds affiliated to the Ministry of Health, Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally-affiliated, relevant ministries and entities shall take responsibility to implement this Decision./.
