DECISION
PROMULGATING A LIST OF GOODS BANNED FROM IMPORT UNDER THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE No. 12/2006/ND-CP OF JANUARY 23, 2006
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 55/2003/ ND-CPofMay28,2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ ND-CP of January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding activities of international goods sale and purchase and goods sale and purchase agency, processing and transit with foreign parties;
At the proposal of the director of the Engineering, Metallurgy and Chemicals Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the list of goods banned from import, which are used vehicles, including bicycles and motorized two-wheelers and three-wheelers as prescribed in the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP of January 23,2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding activities of international goods sale and purchase and goods sale and purchase agency, processing and transit with foreign parties (see the list enclosed herewith).
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect as from May 1,2006.
Article 3.- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government-attached agencies, provincial/municipal People's Committees and concerned organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
