Circular 35/2017/TT-BCT on annulment of Circular 53/2015/TT-BCT guiding the registration of the list of imported, temporarily imported - re-exported goods of foreign contractors in the construction field in Vietnam issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade

CIRCULAR

ABROGATION OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 53/2015/TT-BCT DATED DECEMBER 30, 2015 BY MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON REGISTRATION OF IMPORTED GOODS AND GOODS TEMPORARILY IMPORTED FOR RE-EXPORT OF FOREIGN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS IN VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017 defining the Functions, Tasks, Powers and Organizational Structure of Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP dated June 18, 2015 on construction project management;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 42/2017/ND-CP dated April 05, 2017 on amendments and supplements to the Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP;

At the request of the Director General of the Planning Department,

Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates a Circular on abrogation of the Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 by Minister of Industry and Trade on registration of imported goods and goods temporarily imported for re-export of foreign construction contractors in Vietnam.

Article 1. The Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT dated December 30, 2015 by Minister of Industry and Trade on registration of imported goods and goods temporarily imported for re-export of foreign construction contractors in Vietnam is hereby abrogated. 

Article 2. Entry into force

This Circular comes into force as from February 12, 2018./.
