CIRCULAR
AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE APPENDIX TO THE CIRCULAR NO. 05/2018/TT-BXD DATED JUNE 29, 2018 OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION ON INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXPORTATION OF MINERALS USED AS BUILDING MATERIALS
Pursuant to the Law on Minerals dated November 17, 2010;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 81/2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 24a/2016/ND-CP dated April 5, 2016 on administration of building materials;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 158/2016/ND-CP dated November 29, 2016 specifying and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Minerals;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No.69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 elaborating on certain articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;
Upon the request of the Director of the Department of Building Materials;
Minister of Construction hereby promulgates the Circular on amendments and supplements to the Appendix to the Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD dated June 29, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction on instructions for exportation of minerals used as building materials.
Article 1.
Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD dated June 29, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction on instructions for exportation of minerals used as building materials shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
Replacing the Appendix I on List, technical specifications and indicators of minerals used as building materials for export by the Appendix I on List, technical specifications and indicators of minerals used as building materials for export to this Circular.
Article 2. Entry into force
This Circular shall enter into force on December 1, 2019.
