DECISION

ABROGATION OF PLANNINGS FOR INVESTMENT IN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC GOODS, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, AND DETERMINATION OF VOLUME OF PRODUCED, PROVIDED AND SOLD GOODS, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Law on Planning No. 21/2017/QH14 dated November 24, 2017;

Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated February 05, 2018 on implementation of the Law on Planning;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 81/2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017 defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

At the request of the Director of the Building Material Department;

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. The plannings for investment in and development of specific goods, services and products, and determination of volume of produced, provided and sold goods, services and products that are mentioned in the Appendix enclosed with this Decision and under the authority of the Minister of Construction are abrogated in accordance with Point d Clause 1 Article 59 of the Law on Planning.

Article 2. The Building Material Department shall take charge and cooperate with the Department of Science Technology and Environment and relevant agencies in reviewing, doing research and requesting competent authorities to promulgate regulations on specialized technical regulations and standards as assigned for the purposes of ensuring the efficient and thorough performance of state management tasks after the plannings mentioned in Article 1 hereof are abrogated.

Article 3. This Decision comes into force from the date on which it is signed.

Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of Government’s affiliates, Chairpersons of Provincial People’s Committees and heads of relevant units, organizations shall implement this Decision./.
