DECISION

AMENDING CLAUSE 2, ARTICLE 1 OF THE PRIME MINISTER�S DECISION NO. 12/2001/QD-TTG OF JANUARY 18, 2001 TO RATIFY THE READJUSTED GENERAL PLANNING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOA BINH PROVINCIAL CAPITAL, HOA BINH PROVINCE, TILL THE YEAR 2020

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Regulation on urban planning management, promulgated together with the Governments Decree No. 91/CP of August 17, 1994;
Pursuant to the Prime Ministers Decision No. 10/1998/QD-TTg of January 23, 1998 ratifying the orientations of the overall planning for development of Vietnams urban centers till the year 2020;
At the proposals of the Peoples Committee of Hoa Binh province (in Official Dispatch No. 274/UB-CN of March 7, 2001) and of the Construction Ministry (in Official Dispatch No. 463/BXD-KTQH of March 27, 2001),

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To amend Clause 2, Article 1 of the Prime Ministers Decision No. 12/2001/QD-TTg of January 18, 2001 ratifying the readjusted general planning for construction of Hoa Binh provincial capital, Hoa Binh province, till the year 2020 as follows:

"2. The study scope of the readjusted general planning:

The scope of the readjusted boundary under the general planning of Hoa Binh provincial capital shall cover the entire boundary of the provincial capital with the land area of 14,027.70 hectares, including 1,263.74 hectares of inner-town areas and 12, 763.96 hectares of the suburban regions:

- To the North, it borders on Thanh Son district of Phu Tho province.

- To the South, it borders on Ky Son district of Hoa Binh province.

- To the East, it borders on Ky Son and Kim Boi districts of Hoa Binh province;

- To the West, it borders on Ky Son and Da Bac districts of Hoa Binh province".

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing.

The president of the Peoples Committee of Hoa Binh province, the ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government shall have to implement this Decision.
