CIRCULAR

AMENDMENTS TO THE CIRCULAR NO. 21/2017/TT-BCT DATED OCTOBER 23, 2017 BY MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON PROMULGATION OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CONTENTS OF FORMALDEHYDE AND CERTAIN AROMATIC AMINES DERIVED FROM AZO COLOURANTS IN TEXTILE PRODUCTS

Pursuant to the Law on technical regulations and standards dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Quality of Goods and Products dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017 defining the Functions, Tasks, Powers and Organizational Structure of Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 01, 2007 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on technical regulations and standards;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 on detailed regulations for implementing a number of articles of the Law on product and goods quality;

At the request of the Director of Department of Science and Technology,

Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates a Circular on amendments to the Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT dated October 23, 2017 by Minister of Industry and Trade on promulgation of National technical regulation on contents of formaldehyde and certain aromatic amines derived from azo colourants in textile products.

Article 1. Article 2 of the Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT is hereby amended as follows: “This Circular shall come into force from January 01, 2019”.

Article 2. Entry into force

This Circular comes into force from the date on which it is signed./.
