Resolution 979/2020/UBTVQH14 amending Subsection 2, Section I of the Environmental Protection Tariff as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution 579/2018/UBTVQH14 on the Environmental Protection Tariff promulgated by the National Assembly Standing Committee

RESOLUTION

AMENDMENTS TO SUBSECTION 2 SECTION I ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TARIFF SCHEDULE SPECIFIED UNDER CLAUSE 1 ARTICLE 1 RESOLUTION NO. 579/2018/UBTVQH14 DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 2018 OF STANDING COMMITTEE OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TARIFF SCHEDULE

STANDING COMMITTEE OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to Constitutions of Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Law on National Assembly Organization No. 57/2014/QH13;

Pursuant to Law on Environmental Protection Tariff No. 57/2010/QH12;

HEREBY RESOLVES:

Article 1. Amendments to Subsection 2 Section I Environmental protection tariff schedule specified under Clause 1 Article 1 Resolution No. 579/2018/UBTVQH14 dated September 26, 2018 of Standing Committee of National Assembly on environmental protection tariff schedule as follows:

1. Environmental protection tariff applied to aviation fuel which is VND 2,100/litre shall be applicable from August 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 inclusively.

2. Environmental protection tariff applied to aviation fuel which is VND 3,000/litre shall be applicable from January 1, 2021.

Article 2. Entry into force

1. This Resolution comes into force from August 1, 2020.

2. Assign the Government to direct ministries, ministerial agencies, other central and local agencies and relevant entities to implement this Resolution.
