DECISION

ACKNOWLEDGING THE “REPORT ON ASSESSMENT REULTS OF REHABILITATION SYSTEM SITUATION IN VIETNAM”

MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 of Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decision No. 3696/QD-BYT dated August 22, 2019 of the Minister of Health on establishment of the Committee for research and assessment of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decision No. 3089/QD-BYT dated July 16, 2020 of the Minister of Health on establishment of the Council for commissioning of research and assessment results of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Meeting Minute of the Council for commissioning of research and assessment results of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam dated June 24, 2021;

At request of Director of Vietnam Administration of Medical Services, Ministry of Health.

Article 1. Acknowledge the “Report on assessment results of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam” produced by the Committee for research and assessment of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam in accordance with Decision No. 3696/QD-BYT dated August 22, 2019 of the Minister of Health.

Article 2. The “Report on assessment results of rehabilitation system situation in Vietnam” serves as the basis for developing draft National strategy for rehabilitation in Vietnam for the period of 2021 - 2030, and vision for 2050; a reference for developing policies, professional guidelines, and other tasks pertaining to rehabilitation.

Article 3. This Decision comes into effect from the day of signing.

Article 4. Chief of Ministry Office, Director of the Department of Medical Service Administration, Director of Administration of Science Technology and Training, and heads of relevant entities are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
