CIRCULAR

PRICE AND PRICE RANGE OF AVIATION SERVICES AT AIRPORTS AND AERODROMES OF VIETNAM FROM JANUARY 1, 2021 TO DECEMBER 31, 2021 INCLUSIVELY

Pursuant to Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 2006 and Law on amendments to a number of Articles of Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;

Pursuant to Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government on elaborating to a number of Articles of the Law on Prices and Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 of Government on amendments to a number of Articles of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/ND-CP dated February 10, 2017 of Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministry of Transport;

At request of Director General of Department of Transport and Director of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;

Minister of Transport promulgates Circular on price and price range of aviation services at airports and aerodromes of Vietnam from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 inclusively.

Article 1. Price of aircraft landing and take-off services for domestic flights

Price of aircraft landing and take-off services for domestic flights shall be regulated as follows:

1. From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 inclusively: equal 50% of prices for aircraft landing and take-off services for domestic flights under Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 of Minister of Transport on price and price range of aviation services in airports and aerodromes of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT”).

2. From January 1, 2022 and onwards: comply with prices under Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT

Article 2. Price range of aviation services

Price range for aviation services under lists regulated in Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 1 of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT shall be regulated as follows:

1. From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 inclusively: apply minimum price of VND 0 and maximum price according to Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

2. From January 1, 2022 and onwards: comply with price range under Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

Article 3. Entry into force

1. This Circular comes into force from the date of signing.

2. Service providers and service users for services under Article 1 and Article 2 hereof shall actively negotiate for dealing with revenues made from January 1, 2021 to the effective date hereof as per the law.

3. Chief of the Ministry Office, ministerial Chief Inspectors, directors, general directors of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, heads of relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementation of this Circular./.
