HS CODES OF TERRESTRIAL ANIMALS AND PRODUCTS OF TERRESTRIAL ANIMALS REQUIRED TO BE PUT INTO QUARANTINE
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine No. 18/2004/PL-UBTVQH ratified by Standing Committee of the National Assembly on April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 on guidelines for the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; the Government's Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP dated November 28 2008 on amendments to the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 on guidelines for regulations on customs procedures, customs inspection, and customs control of the Law on Customs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 45/2005/QD-BNN dated July 25, 2005 on promulgation of the List of pests, List of animals and animal products required to be put into quarantine;
Pursuant to Circular No. 156/2011/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2011 of the Minister of Finance on the List of exports and imports of Vietnam;
At the request of Director of Veterinary Medicine Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1. A list of HS codes of terrestrial animals and products of terrestrial animals required to be put into quarantine is promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision comes into force from November 18, 2015.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of Veterinary Medicine Administration, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
