DECISION
ISSUING THE LIST OF MEASURING DEVICES SUBJECT TO THE STATE INSPECTION
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Measurement of July 6, 1990;
Pursuant to Decree No.115-HDBT of April 13, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on the implementation of the Ordinance on Measurement;
Pursuant to Decree No.22-CP of May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
At the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control;
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the "list of measuring devices subject to the State inspection".
Article 2.- All organizations and individuals engaged in business activities (trading, manufacture, repair, import) and using measuring devices specified in the list mentioned in Article 1 above shall have to subject their devices to the State inspection in accordance with provisions of the Ordinance on Measurement.
Article 3.- The agencies for State management on measurement at all levels shall guide, monitor and inspect the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing; except for measuring devices with mark (*), in which case this Decision shall apply beginning January 1st, 1999.
The previous stipulations which are contrary to this Decision are now annulled.
