LISTS OF MINIMUM EQUIPMENT FOR LEVEL 4 OF VQF AND LEVEL 5 OF VQF TRAINING FOR 41 DISCIPLINES AND MAJORS

Pursuant to the Law on Vocation Education dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the request of the General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates a Circular prescribing lists of minimum equipment for Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF training for 41 disciplines and majors.

Article 1. Promulgated together with this Circular are 78 lists of minimum equipment for Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF training for 41 disciplines and majors, including:

Article 2. This Circular comes into force from February 15, 2021.

Article 3. Ministers, ministerial agencies, Governmental agencies, socio-political organizations, People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities, General Department of Vocational Education, schools registering Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF vocational education activities for the disciplines and majors specified in Article 1 of this Circular and units concerned are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.

Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
