Article 2.The employees doing the works in Article 1 are entitled to the regimes for labor protection, salaries, and social insurance in the Labor Code and its guiding documents.
Article 3.From January 01, 1997, the lists of arduous, harmful, and dangerous works and extremely arduous, harmful, and dangerous works promulgated in the Decision No. 1453/LDTBXH-QD dated October 13, 1995, the Decision No. 915/LDTBXH-QD dated July 30, 1996, and this Decision of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The regulations on arduous, harmful, and dangerous works and extremely arduous, harmful, and dangerous works that are in contravention of this Decision are annulled.
Article 4.This Decision takes effect from the date on which it is signed. Ministries and agencies shall review and make a list of the works that are not enumerated in the lists promulgated together with this Decision, the Decision No. 1453/LDTBXH-QD dated October 13, 1995, and the Decision No. 915/LDTBXH-QD dated July 30, 1996 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, then send it to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health for consideration and supplementation.
