DECREE

ANNULLING DECREE NO. 30/2003/ND-CP OF APRIL 1, 2003, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF GOVERNMENT-ATTACHED AGENCIES

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECREES:

Article 1. To annul Decree No. 30/2003/ND-CP of April 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of government-attached agencies.

Article 2. Government-attached agencies shall perform their functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures under the Government's decrees on each agency; and submit to the state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies in charge of relevant branches and domains under law.

Article 3. This Decree takes effect on September 20, 2009.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and heads of government-attached agencies shall implement this Decree.
