Decree 12/2020/ND-CP on suspension of the implementation of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 Decree 26/2019/ND-CP guiding the Law on Fisheries

DECREE

CEASING EFFECT OF ARTICLE 63, POINT c CLAUSE 1 ARTICLE 64, POINT b CLAUSE 2 AND CLAUSE 3 ARTICLE 65 OF GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO. 26/2019/ND-CP DATED MARCH 08, 2019 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON FISHERIES

Pursuant to the Law on organization of Government dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on promulgation of legislative documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on state budget dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Fisheries dated November 21, 2017;

At the request of the Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government; 

The Government promulgates a Decree to cease effect of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Government's Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 08, 2019 providing guidelines for implementation of the Law on fisheries.

Article 1. Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Government's Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 08, 2019 providing guidelines for implementation of the Law on fisheries shall cease to have effect until these regulations are amended to correspond with laws, policies and guidelines of the Communist Party, the Government and the Prime Minister.

Article 2. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed. 

Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of Governmental agencies, Chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementation of this Decree./.
