CIRCULAR
ANNULLMENT OF CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS IN HEALTH SECTOR PROMULGATED OR CO-PROMULGATED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2013;
Pursuant to Government's Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 on guidelines for the Law on Promulgation of Legislative Documents;
Pursuant to Government's Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the request of Director of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Health promulgates a Circular on annulment of certain legislative documents in health sector promulgated or co-promulgated by the Minister of Health.
Article 1. Annulment of legislative documents
67 legislative documents promulgated or co-promulgated by the Minister of Health enclosed with this Circular shall be annulled.
Article 2. Entry in force
This Circular comes into force as of September 1, 2019.
Article 3. Implementation
The Director of the Legal Department, the Chief of the Ministry Office, the Ministerial Chief Inspector, Directors of Departments and General Departments affiliated to the Ministry of Health and relevant entities shall implement this Circular./.
