Decision No. 1808/QD-LDTBXH dated December 09th, 2015, approving the application of 12 curriculums tranferred from Australia to the pilot training for Australian college degree and Vietnamese college degree in 12 key occupations that meet international standards

DECISION

APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF 12 CURRICULUMS TRANFERRED FROM AUSTRALIA TO THE PILOT TRAINING FOR AUSTRALIAN COLLEGE DEGREE AND VIETNAMESE COLLEGE DEGREE IN 12 KEY OCCUPATIONS THAT MEET INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

Pursuant to Government’s Decree No. 106/2012/ND-CP dated December 20, 2012 defining functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 630/QD-TTg dated May 29, 2012 by Prime Minister approving the “Vocational training development strategy for the 2011-2020 period”;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 371/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2013 by Prime Minister approving the Project “Transfer of curriculums; training teachers and vocational education managers; pilot training in key occupations that meet ASEAN and international standards” during 2012 - 2015;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 1820/QD-TTg dated October 26, 2015 by Prime Minister on amendments and supplementations to certain contents of the Decision No. 371/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2013 by Prime Minister approving the Project “Transfer of curriculums; training teachers and vocational education managers; pilot training in key occupations that meet ASEAN and international standards” during 2012 - 2015, and the Decision No. 2047/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2014 by Prime Minister on amendments and supplementations to the Decision No. 371/QD-TTg;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 1474/QD-LDTBXH dated September 30, 2013 of Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs approving the Plan for the implementation of Decision No. 371/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2013 by Prime Minister;

At the request of the Director General of the General Directorate of Vocational Training at the Request No. 197/TTr-TCDN dated November 18, 2015 for the promulgation of a Decision to replace the Decision No. 1077/QD-LDTBXH and Decision No. 1078/QD-LDTBXH dated August 04, 2015 of Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs approving the application of curriculums which are transferred from Australia and the Plan for pilot college-level training in 12 key occupations that meet international standards,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To approve the application of 12 curriculums which are transferred from Australia to the pilot training for Australian college degree and Vietnamese college degree in 12 key occupations that meet international standards (detailed contents are stated in Annex No. 1 herein).

Article 2. To approve the application of 12 curriculums to the pilot training for Vietnamese college degree in 12 key occupations that meet international standards (detailed contents are stated in Annex No. 2 herein). In which, the training in professional knowledge shall comply with Australian curriculums prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision and 6 subjects of general training shall comply with regulations of Vietnam.

Article 3. Educational institutions that are appointed to carry out the pilot training shall apply the curriculums prescribed in Article 1 and Article 2 of this Decision to their designated courses in order that a graduate may concurrently obtain Vietnamese college degree and Australia college degree.

Article 4. Duties of the General Directorate of Vocational Training

1. Direct the educational institutions that are appointed to carry out the pilot training to apply 12 curriculums which are transferred from Australia and college-level curriculums in 12 key occupations that meet international standards.

2. Instruct, supervise and evaluate the training in each occupation according to each academic year or training course in order to perfect curriculums, training process and conditions for ensuring training quality, and submit reports thereof to Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs before the training in a large scale is organized.

Article 5. This Decision shall take effect from the date on which it is signed and supersede the Decision No. 1077/QD-LDTBXH dated August 04, 2015 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.

Article 6. The Chief of Office of the Ministry, Director General of Planning - Finance Department, Director General of the General Directorate of Vocational Training, presidents of educational institutions that are appointed to carry out the pilot training, heads of relevant units, and relevant individuals are responsible for executing this Decision ./.
