RESOLUTION
PROMULGATING LIST OF PLANNINGS FOR INVESTMENT IN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC GOODS, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, AND DETERMINATION OF VOLUME OF PRODUCED, PROVIDED AND SOLD GOODS, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO BE ABROGATED AS REGULATED IN POINT D CLAUSE 1 ARTICLE 59 OF THE LAW ON PLANNING WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE PRIME MINISTER
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Planning dated November 24, 2017;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to some articles concerning planning of 11 laws dated June 15, 2018;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to some articles concerning planning of 37 laws dated November 20, 2018;
At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
HEREBY RESOLVES:
Article 1. promulgating list of plannings for investment in and development of specific goods, services and products, and determination of volume of produced, provided and sold goods, services and products to be abrogated as regulated in point d clause 1 article 59 of the law on planning with the approval of the prime minister
Article 2. Ministries and ministerial agencies shall, pursuant to this Resolution, cooperate with People's Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces in:
1. Promptly reviewing conditional business lines with the aims of ensuring the consistency between such conditional business lines and abrogated plannings and facilitating enterprises and people in doing investment and business activities.
2. Do research and promulgate or request competent authorities to promulgate regulations on conditions, specialized technical regulations and/or standards to serve the performance state management tasks of assigned sectors/fields when the plannings specified in Article 1 hereof are null and void in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 20/CT-TTg dated July 13, 2018.
Article 3. The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall take charge and cooperate with ministries, ministerial agencies and relevant authorities to direct and expedite the implementation of this Resolution, and prepare and submit consolidated reports thereof to the Prime Minister.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of the Government’s affiliates, Chairpersons of people’s council and of people’s committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces, and relevant authorities, organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution.
