DECREE
AMENDMENTS TO LIST OF INDUSTRIES BENEFITTING FROM INVESTMENT INCENTIVES ATTACHED TO DECREE NO. 118/2015/ND-CP DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2015 OF GOVERNMENT ON ELABORATING TO LAW ON INVESTMENT
Pursuant to Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to Law on Investment dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to Law on Provision of Assistance for Small and Medium Enterprises dated June 12, 2017;
At request of Minister of Ministry of Planning and Investment,
The Government promulgates Decree on amendments to list of industries benefitting from investment incentives attached to Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015 of Government on elaborating to Law on Investment.
Article 1. Add 2 clauses in Section V Part B Annex I on List of industries benefitting from investment incentives attached to Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015 of Government on elaborating to Law on Investment as follows:
“2. Business investment according to Law on Provision of Assistance for Small and Medium Enterprises include:
a) Business investment for product distribution chains of small and medium enterprises;
b) Business investment for basic establishment of small and medium enterprises;
c) Business investment for technical assistance for small and medium enterprises;
d) Business investment for common workplace for start-up small and medium enterprises.”
Article 2. Entry into force and implementation
1. This Decree comes into effect from May 15, 2020.
2. Ministers, ministerial agencies, heads of governmental agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People’s Committees within their power and tasks are responsible for guiding implementation and implementing this Decree./.
