DECISION

ON PROMULGATION OF INVESTMENT UNIT COST IN CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION UNIT COST OF STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLIES IN 2018

MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Decree No. 81/2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2015/ND-CP dated March 25, 2015 of the Government on management of construction costs;

At the request of Director of Department of Construction Economics and the Director of Institute of Construction Economics,

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. Promulgate the investment unit cost in construction and construction unit cost of structural assemblies in 2018 hereto appended.

Article 2. This Decision comes into force as of the date of signing.

Article 3. Agencies, organizations, and individuals relevant to management of investment in construction shall refer and use the investment unit cost in construction and construction unit cost of structural assemblies in determining and managing investment costs in construction./.
