RESOLUTION

ANNULMENT OF SOME RESOLUTIONS ON COVID-19 PREVENTION AND CONTROL PROMULGATED BY THE GOVERNMENT

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Governmental Organization dated June 19, 2015; Law on amendments to Law on Government Organization and Law on Local Governmental Organization dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 dated July 28, 2021 on first session of XV^th National Assembly;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 80/2023/QH15 dated January 09, 2023 on continuation in implementation of certain COVID-19 management policies and use of marketing authorization licenses of medicines or pharmaceutical materials expired from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2024;

At the request of the Minister of Health in Report No. 1248/TTr-BYT dated September 22, 2023, Report No. 1350/TTr-BYT dated October, 17 2023 and Report No. 1359/TTr-BYT dated October 19, 2023,

Article 1. Some Resolutions promulgated by the Government shall be wholly or partially annulled. The Appendix on list of annulled Resolutions is enclosed with this Resolution.

Article 2. This Resolution comes into force from the date on which it is signed.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and central- affiliated cities and relevant units shall be responsible for implementation of this Resolution./.
