Decision No. 86/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2017 on approval of planning for construction of working offices of Ministries, Ministerial Agencies, Governmental Agencies and central-government authorities of associations in Ha Noi Capital by 2030

DECISION

APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO PLANNING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WORKING OFFICES OF MINISTRIES, MINISTERIAL AGENCIES, GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES OF ASSOCIATIONS IN HA NOI CAPITAL BY 2030

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Government dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Construction dated June 18, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State-owned Property dated June 03, 2008;

Pursuant to the Law on Capital dated November 21, 2012;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 837/QD-TTg dated June 04, 2014 on approval of planning for construction of working offices of Ministries, Ministerial Agencies, Governmental Agencies and central-government authorities of associations in Ha Noi Capital by 2030;

At the request of the Minister of Construction;

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. The following amendments to the planning for construction of working offices of Ministries, Ministerial Agencies, Governmental Agencies and central-government authorities of associations in Ha Noi Capital by 2030 are hereby approved.

- Point c Section 3 Article 1 of Decision No. 837/QD-TTg dated June 04, 2014 is amended as follows:

“c) Formulate a detailed planning of 1/500 scale for the centralized area for working offices of Ministries and regulatory authorities with a scale of 20 ha at Tay Ho Tay central area and with a scale of 55 ha at Me Tri area; select planning model, propose planning solutions for space and landscape architecture, land use, technical infrastructure facilities, and prepare planning dossiers in accordance with regulations of law, and submit them to competent authorities for approval”.

- Section 5 Article 1 of Decision No. 837/QD-TTg dated June 04, 2014 on implementation organization is amended as follows:

- Implementation period:  The planning must be completed and submitted to the Prime Minister for approval within Quarter II, 2017”.

Article 2. Other contents of Decision No. 837/QD-TTg dated June 04, 2014 are kept unchanged and remain valid.

Article 3. This Decision comes into force as from the date on which it is signed.

The Minister of Construction and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
