DECISION
PROMULGATION OF LIST OF LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE ENTIRELY REPEALED IN SECTORS UNDER THE STATE MANAGEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on promulgation of legislative documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing a number of articles of and providing measures for implementing the Law on promulgation of legislative documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 17/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Ministry of Information and Communications;
In consideration of the request of Director of the Legal Department;
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1. The list of legislative documents which are entirely repealed in sectors under the state management by the Ministry of Information and Communications is enclosed herewith.
Article 2. This Decision comes into force from the date on which it is signed.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry’s Office, Director of the Legal Department, heads of agencies affiliated to the Ministry and relevant agencies and individuals shall implement this Decision.
