To: Enterprises manufacturing and/or selling pharmaceuticals (hereinafter referred to as “enterprises”)
Pursuant the Government's Decree No. 54/2017/ND-CP dated May 08, 2017 elaborating some Article of the Law on Pharmacy and the Government’s Decree No. 155/2018/ND-CP dated November 12, 2019 amending some regulations on business conditions under the management of the Ministry of Health; through inspection of implementation of regulations on drug price management in some enterprises,
Drug Administration of Vietnam hereby requests that the enterprises:
1. Declare and re-declare drug prices following established procedures. To be specific: Declare and re-declare prices for imported drugs; declare prices for domestically manufacture drugs at the Ministry of Health (Drug Administration of Vietnam); re-declare prices for domestically manufacture drugs at the local authority of the area where the factory is located;
2. Complete drug price declaration and re-declaration forms (Forms No. 01, 02, 03, 04 in Appendix VII of Decree No. 155/2018/ND-CP), Pricing structure description forms (Forms No. 09 and 10 in Appendix VII of Decree No. 54/2017/ND-CP); provide information and documents specified in Section II and Section III of the Pricing structure description form.
3. Retain drug price declarations and re-declarations, which have to be consistent with those submitted to the authorities.
