ISSUANCE OF LIST OF EXPORTED AND IMPORTED GOODS REQUIRED TO BE UNDERGONE FOOD QUALITY, STANDARD AND SAFETY VERIFICATION BEFORE CLEARANCE UNDER MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on product and good quality dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to the Law on technical standards and regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Law on economical and efficient use of energy dated June 28, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on food safety dated June 17, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government on providing guidance on the Law of product and good quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government on providing guidance on the Law of product and good quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated March 29, 2011 of the Government on providing guidance on implementation of the Law on economical and efficient use of energy;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government on providing guidance on the Commercial law on international good trading and good trading, processing and transit brokers with foreign countries
Pursuant to Decree No. 202/2013/ND-CP dated November 27, 2013 of the Government on fertilizer management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government on defining functions, tasks, entitlements, and organizational structure of Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the request of Director of Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. A list of exported and imported goods required to be undergone food quality, standard and safety verification before clearance under management of Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be issued together with this Decision in the enclosed Appendix.
Article 2. Department of Science and Technology shall take charge and cooperate with related units to request the Minister of Science and Technology to issue the List of goods required to be undergone food quality and safety verification before clearance under management of the Minister of Industry and Trade in accordance with management requirements.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the day on which it is signed.
Article 4. Chiefs of Ministry offices; Director of Science and Technology Department and any organizations and individuals involved in export and import shall be responsible for implementation of this Decision./.
