Below is response of General Department of Customs to Official Dispatch No. 1822/HQDNg-GSQL dated 25/09/2020 of Customs Department of Da Nang City requesting guidance on customs procedures for goods being moved from a bonded warehouses to a CFS outside of the border checkpoint area under the management of the same customs official for container consolidation:
Pursuant to the Law on Customs, the Government’s Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated 21/01/2015, which is amended by the Government’s Decree No. 59/2018/ND-CP dated 20/4/2018, Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTC dated 25/3/2015, which is amended by Circular No. 39/2018/TT-BTC dated 20/4/2018 of the Ministry of Finance, there are no instructions on procedures for transporting goods from a bonded warehouse to a CFS outside of the port for container consolidation./.
