NOTICE
OF ISSUANCE OF ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (C/O) FORMS E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU AND CPTPP
For the purposes of administrative reform and facilitating traders' application for C/O of the following 11 forms E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU and CPTPP, the Agency of Foreign Trade (affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam) herein gives notification as follows:
1. From January 01, 2024, after an electronic approval is given on the eCoSys system, the C/O (including its front page and overleaf notes page) must be printed in colour on plain paper of ISO A4 size. The signature and stamp of the C/O issuing authority, and QR code available on the printed e-C/O shall be used for checking the authenticity of the C/O.
2. C/O Form E and C/O Form AI issued to support goods exported to Thailand shall still be subjected to the provisions of the Notice No. 257/TB-BCT dated October 10, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam prescribing printing of certificate of origin on normal A4 paper.
Any difficulties that arise during the implementation of this document should be reported to the Agency of Foreign Trade affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (Tel.: 024 2220 5444/5361/2468; Email: [email protected] or [email protected] vn) for detailed instructions.
Applicants for C/O of 11 Forms mentioned above, C/O issuing authorities and relevant units are requested to comply with the guidelines herein./.
