NOTIFICATION
AMENDING FEES IN MEDICAL SECTOR FROM JULY 08, 2020 TO DECEMBER 31, 2020
To: Hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health and other ministries
Implementing the Circular No. 64/2020/TT-BTC dated July 08, 2020 on fees in the medical sector, Department of Medical Services Administration - Ministry of Health would like to notify you of the following changes to fees in the medical sector from July 08, 2020 to December 31, 2020:
1. The fees provided for in Article 1 of the Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BTC dated February 20, 2020 by the Minister of Finance amending a number of Articles of Circular No. 278/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016 providing for fees in medical sector and collection, transfer, management and use thereof shall be reduced by 30%.
2. The fees provided for in Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Part IV of the schedule of fees in the medical sector enclosed with Circular No. 278/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016 by the Minister of Finance providing for fees in medical sector and collection, transfer, management and use thereof shall be reduced by 30%.
3. The specific fees and charges are stipulated in the appendix enclosed therewith.
Department of Medical Services Administration would like to request hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health and hospitals affiliated to other ministries to notify relevant bodies and individuals of this information.
