PROMULGATING GUIDING\r\nDOCUMENTS FOR HAEMODIALYSIS MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Pursuant to 2009 Law on Medical Examination and\r\nTreatment;
Pursuant to Decree No.75/2017/ND-CP dated June\r\n20, 2017 of the Government on function, duties, right and organizational\r\nstructure of the Ministry of Health;
Consider the meeting record dated November 28,\r\n2017 of the council for acceptance of haemodialysis medical procedures provided\r\nby the Ministry of Health;
At the request of Director of the Medical\r\nService Administration,

Article 2. These guiding documents apply to\r\nall medical examination and treatment facilities.
Pursuant to these guiding documents and specific\r\nconditions of each medical facility, Director of each medical examination and\r\ntreatment facility shall prepare and issue a guiding document for haemodialysis\r\nmedical procedures suitable for such facility.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force\r\nfrom the day on which it is signed for promulgation.
Article 4. Chief of the Ministry Office,\r\nDirector of the Medical Service Administration, Chief Ministry Inspectorate,\r\nDirectors and Directors General of departments affiliated to the Ministry of\r\nHealth, Directors of Hospitals or Institutions providing hospital beds\r\naffiliated to the Ministry of Health, Directors of Health Departments of\r\nprovinces and centrally-affiliated, relevant ministries and entities shall take\r\nresponsibility to implement this Decision./.
