Pursuant to Notice No. 906/TB-TTKQH dated April 21, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 22/NQ-CP dated February 28, 2022 of the Government, Ministry of Planning and Investment (Authority in charge of compiling) has finalized draft project for Law on Cooperatives (amendments) on the basis of surveys of members of Drafting Board, Editing Board, experts and scientists. Documents consist of:
(1) Presentation to the Government regarding the project Law on Cooperatives (amendments);
(2) Draft Law on Cooperatives (amendments).
* Documents of project Law on Cooperatives (amendments) uploaded on website of the Government (https://chinhphu.vn/du-thao-vbqvpl) and Ministry of Planning and Investment (htttp://mpi.gov.vn).
* Reference documents include: Policy impact assessment report in Request for development of Law on Cooperatives (amendments), International experience report; Final report on implementation of Law on Cooperatives in 2012 uploaded on website of Ministry of Planning and Investment (htttp://mpi.gov.vn).
