DECISION

AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 1, ARTICLE 2 OF THE REGULATION OF THE ECONOMIC ZONE IN SOUTH EAST NGHE AN, NGHE AN PROVINCE ENCLOSED TOGETHER WITH THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 21/2010/QD-TTG DATED MARCH 03, 2010

Pursuant to the Law on Government organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 on industrial parks, export processing zones, and economic zones and the Decree No. 164/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP;

At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision on amendments and supplements made to Clause 1, Article 2 of the regulation of the economic zone in South East Nghe An, Nghe An Province enclosed together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 21/2010/QD-TTg dated March 03, 2010;

Article 1. Amendments made to Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation of the economic zone in South East Nghe An, Nghe An Province enclosed together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 21/2010/QD-TTG dated March 03, 2010 as follows:

“1. The economic zones of South East Nghe An has a total area of 20,026.47 ha including approximately 18,826.47 ha as the existing area and approximately 1,200 ha as an additional area (after being adjusted) and the area of Hoang Mai Industrial Park and Dong Hoi Industrial Park combined.

Borderlines of the economic zone of South East Nghe An are determined as follows: borderlines of the existing area determined according to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 21/2010/QD-TTg dated March 03, 2010 and borderlines of the additional area determined according to the planning of Hoang Mai Industrial Park and Dong Hoi Industrial Park.”

Article 2. This Decision takes effect since February 01, 2015

Article 3. The ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Governmental agencies, presidents of the People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces, and other relevant agencies and organizations shall be responsible for executing this Decision./.
