b) At least 1,5 m\r\naway from exterior walls if rooftop rainwater drainage is not facilitated.

4.1.\r\nA system of consistent technical network shall be designed\r\nand placed in pipes and the same technical ducts in industrial workshops. In\r\ncase of stand-alone placement, technical and economic presentation shall be\r\nrequired.

4.2.\r\nSelection of solutions for placement of technical network (on\r\nthe ground, overhead, or underground) shall be made on the basis of technical\r\nand economic calculation and approval of competent authority.

4.3.\r\nThe placement of technical network shall consider the\r\nfollowings:

a) Placement of\r\ndifferent networks in the same pipes or on racks that satisfies hygiene, fire\r\nsafety, and safety requirements.

b) Center of networks\r\nthat allows convenient connection between buildings and constructions.

4.5.\r\nUnderground technical network

4.5.1.\r\nUnderground technical network shall be positioned outside of\r\nroad perimeter. Technical network can be located underground in trenches and primary\r\npipelines below tree areas and kerbs as long as reasonable presentation is\r\nprovided and approval of competent authority is acquired.

NOTE:

1. Technical network\r\nshall only be placed below roads if other solutions are impractical and\r\nresponse measures shall be required in such a case.

C.1.\r\nBuilding density in industrial workshop plot shall be\r\ndetermined by percentage of area occupied by buildings and constructions over area\r\ncontained by fences of industrial workshops and including area of land occupied\r\nby railway.

C.2.\r\nArea occupied by construction shall be determined by total\r\narea occupied by buildings and constructions, including lightweight roofs,\r\noutdoor technology equipment, sanitary and energy technical equipment such as:\r\ngas cylinders, electrical substations, water fountains, etc. outdoor storage or\r\ndepots of finished products equipped with mechanized equipment for goods\r\nhauling, viaducts, conveyor belts, underground structures (underground tanks,\r\nsewers where technical pipes are located and where human movement is allowed\r\nand above which construction of buildings and constructions is not allowed). Depots\r\nof automobiles, machinery, equipment, and open outdoor storage facilities shall\r\nconform to industrial design standards.

Construction area\r\nalso includes land area reserved for buildings and constructions defined by\r\nconstruction investment report (within perimeter of buildings and\r\nconstructions).
