Pursuant to the Law on Entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam dated June 16, 2014; the Law on amendments to certain Articles of the Law on Entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam dated November 25, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to some Articles of Law on Entry and Exit of Vietnamese Citizens and Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated June 24, 2023;
At the request of the Minister of Public Security in Documents No. 403/TTr-BCA dated July 12, 2023, No. 2557/BCA-QLXNC dated July 31, 2023 and No. 2767/BCA-QLXNC dated August 08, 2023;
On the basis of the result of election of Government’s members.

Article 1. Grant of electronic visas (e-visas) shall be applicable to citizens of all countries and territories.

Article 4. This Resolution comes into force from August 15, 2023 and replaces Resolution No. 79/NQ-CP dated May 25, 2020 and Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP dated April 27, 2022.
