To promptly implement the settlement of the social insurance benefits for employees who are F0 cases (hereinafter referred to as “employees”), The Hanoi city Social Security requests social insurance agencies of districts, communes and professional departments to perform the following contents:

- Receive application for settlement of social insurance benefits for employees according to regulations; promptly process the application without delay and strictly prohibit causing troubles and difficulties for employees;

- Actively cooperate with the Health Centers of districts, communes in directing the Health Stations of districts and communes to promptly issue letters of confirmation of eligibility to receive social insurance benefits (hereinafter referred to as “confirmation letter”) for employees and update the information of employees who have been granted the confirmation letters on the Health Insurance Assessment Portal of the Vietnam Social Security in accordance with regulations. Register seal and signature samples of medical professionals and doctors of medical facilities in case of authorization for signing on behalf of the head of the unit according to regulations of Section c, Clause 5, Article 26 of Circular 56/ 2017/TT-BYT dated December 29, 2017;

- Direct the employees to go to the medical facilities to complete application and issue the confirmation letters according to regulations applied to application and documents without compliance with regulations of Circular No. 56/2017/TT-BYT,

The Hanoi City Social Security requests the social insurance agencies of districts, communes and professional departments to strictly implement.  Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Hanoi City Social Security (via the Social Insurance benefits) for consideration./.
