CORRECTION TO CIRCULAR NO. 04/2021/TT-BYT DATED APRIL 29, 2021 OF MINISTER OF HEALTH GUIDING CAPITATION PAYMENT OF COSTS OF COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES

Pursuant to Law on Issuance of Legislative Documents in 2015 and Law on amendment to Law on Issuance of Legislative Documents in 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government on elaborating to Law on Issuance of Legislative Documents and Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government on amendment to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Circular No. 29/2019/TT-BYT dated November 29, 2019 of Minister of Health on development, issuance, and organization for implementation of legislative documents on medical;

Article 1. Correction to presentation error under Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BYT dated April 29, 2021 of Minister of Health guiding capitation payment of costs of covered healthcare services as follows:

Previously, Point c Clause 1 Article 8 is printed as:

“- CPBQ thẻ TĐ_{cơ sở ntlk} refers to average cost for an equivalent card of the previous year and is calculated as follows:

CPBQ thẻ TĐ_{tỉnh ntlk} =

T_TTĐS of medical establishment

”

Number of equivalence cards of the medical establishment in the previous year

and is now corrected as:

“- CPBQ thẻ TĐ_{cơ sở ntlk} refers to average cost for an equivalent card of the previous year in a medical establishment and is calculated as follows:

Article 2. This Decision comes into effect from the day of signing.

Article 3. Heads of relevant entities and regulated entities of Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BYT dated April 29, 2021 of Minister of Health guiding capitation payment of costs of covered healthcare services are responsible for implementation hereof./.
