on ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADJUSTMENTS OF Tan Son Nhat International Airport’s COORDINATION PARAMETERS in respect of landing and take-off TIMES

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 200; the Law on Amendments to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 05/2021/ND-CP dated January 25, 2021 of the Government of Vietnam on management and operation of airports and aerodromes;

Pursuant to Circular No. 29/2021/TT-BGTVT dated November 30, 2021 of the Minister of Transport of Vietnam elaborating management and operation of airports and aerodromes;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2606/QD-BGTVT dated September 07, 2017 of the Minister of Transport of Vietnam providing for functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam; Decision No. 1055/QD-BGTVT dated May 31, 2019 of the Minister of Transport of Vietnam amending Decision No. 2606/QD-BGTVT dated September 07, 2017;

At the request of the Committee in charge of coordination of landing and take-off times at Vietnam airports and Air Freight Manager,

Article 1. Announcement of adjustment of Tan Son Nhat international airport’s coordination parameters in respect of runways, taxiways and flight operations quality assurance:

1.1. Beginning from March 17, 2022 to April 30, 2022

Coordination parameters: 33 flights per hour for the time frames from 06:00 am to 23:55 pm (local time) and 32 flights per hour for the time frames from 00:00 am to 05:55 am (local time).

1.2. Beginning from May 01, 2022

Coordination parameters: 44 flights per hour for the time frames from 06:00 am to 23:55 pm (local time) and 32 flights per hour for the time frames from 00:00 am to 05:55 am (local time).

1.3. Other contents in Decision No. 641/QD-CHK dated March 25, 2021 of the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam on announcement of unchangeability of Tan Son Nhat International Airport’s coordination parameters in respect of landing and take-off times.

Article 2. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed.

Article 3. General Director of Vietnam Airport Corporation- JSC, Director of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, General Director of Vietnam Flight Management Corporation, Director of Southern Airport Authority, Head of Aerodrome and Airport Management Department, Head of Flight Operations Management Department, Head of Aviation Security Department, Air Freight Manager, Chief of Aviation Inspector, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementation of this Decision./.
