DECISION

ON SUPPLEMENTATION OF LIST OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS WHICH WERE PRODUCED DOMESTICALLY

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007 of the Government regulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Decree No.44/2011/ND-CP dated June 14, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007 of the Government regulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Resolution No.11/NQ-CP on February 24, 2011 of the Government on measures mainly to curb inflation, stabilize macro-economy, ensuring social security;
Pursuant to the Resolution No.01/NQ-CP dated January 03, 2012 of the Government on the measures directing mainly the management of implementation of plans of economic - social development and 2012 state budget estimate;

Pursuant to the Decision No.2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade issuing the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and raw materials which were produced domestically;

Based on opinions of the units on the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and raw materials which were produced domestically;

At the request of Director of Planning Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue together with this Decision the additional list of machinery, equipment, supplies and raw materials which were produced domestically.

Article 2. This list is used as a basis for the ministries, branches and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to direct the implementation under the provisions of Article 2 of the Decision No.2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade issuing the list of machinery, equipment, supplies and raw materials which were produced domestically.

Article 3. During the implementation, the ministries, branches and People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, the corporations, groups, companies and professional associations continue to recommend to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for revising and supplementing the list in accordance with the actual situation.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the signing date.
