ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPERVISING, EVALUATING OPERATION EFFECTIVENESS AND ENTERPRISE RATING

On the implementation of the Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg dated October 06, 2006 of the Prime Minister promulgating the issuance of the Regulations on supervising and evaluating operation effectiveness of state enterprises, the Decree No. 25/2010/ND-CP dated March 19, 2010 of the Government on transformation of state companies into one-member limited liability companies and management of state-owned one-member limited liability companies, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development takes prime responsibilities and corporate with Department of Enterprise Finance - Ministry of Finance to work with enterprises on following contents:
1. Financial Statement on 2010;
2. Results of supervisions, effectiveness evaluation, enterprise rating, member council, board of director in 2010.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development suggests units to prepare documents relating to contents of the Document No. 3660/BNNDMDN dated July 18, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and allocate officers to work (Member council, General Director, Chief Accountant and relevant units and departments; units that have not approve financial statements at the time of formally becoming one member limited liability companies will invite more Board of Management, Transfer Board, General Director, Chief Accountant of state enterprise) with Travel Delegation in the time prescribed in attached appendix. Enterprises are required for the implementation./.
