PROMULGATING THE REGULATION ON INSPECTING AND CERTIFYING FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONDITIONS OF FISHERY TRADERS AND PRODUCERS

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No.01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of The Ministry Of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Fisheries Law of November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Food Hygiene and Safety and Decree No.163/2004/ND-CP dated September 07, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of some Articles of the Ordinance on Food Hygiene and Safety;
Pursuant to Decree No.59/2005/ND-CP dated May 04, 2005 of the Government on conditions for trading a number of aquatic resource production and business lines;
Pursuant to the Decree No.79/2008/ND-CP dated July 18, 2008 of the Government stipulating the system of organization and management, inspection and testing of food hygiene and safety;
Pursuant to the Joint Circular No.24/2005/TTLT-BYT-BTS dated December 08, 2005 of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Fisheries (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), guiding the centralization, coordination in the state management on fishery-food hygiene and safety;
At the Proposal of the Director of National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department,
