VỀ VIỆC ĐIỀU ƯỚC QUỐC TẾ CHẤM DỨT HIỆU LỰC
Thực hiện quy định tại Điều 56 của Luật Điều ước quốc tế năm 2016, Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng thông báo:
Bản ghi nhớ thực hiện dự án thí điểm tự chứng nhận xuất xứ số Hai trong khuôn khổ ASEAN [Memorandum of Understanding among the Governments of the Participating Member States of the Association of the South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) on the Second Pilot Project for the Implementation of a Regional Self-Certification System] thông qua tại Xiêm-riệp ngày 29 tháng 8 năm 2012, chấm dứt hiệu lực đối với nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam từ ngày 20 tháng 9 năm 2021./.
