PROMULGATION OF THE TRANSITIONAL FRAMEWORK FOR ELECTRICITY PRICES OF SOLAR POWER PLANTS WIND POWER PLANTS

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Electricity dated December 3, 2004 and the Law on Amendment to certain Articles of the Law on Electricity dated November 20, 2012;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 96/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 137/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2013 elaborating on the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Electricity and the Law on Amendments to certain Articles of the Law on Electricity;

Pursuant to Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BCT dated October 03, 2022 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on method for determination of framework for electricity prices of transitional solar power plants wind power plants;

At the request of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority.

Article 1. Promulgation of the transitional framework for electricity prices of transitional solar power plants wind power plants mentioned in Point b Clause 2 Article 1 of Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BCT dated October 03, 2022 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on method for determination of framework for electricity prices of transitional solar power plants wind power plants.

Article 2. On the basis of the pricing framework mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) shall negotiate electricity prices with transitional solar power plants and wind power plants mentioned in Point b Clause 2 Article 1 of Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BCT as per regulations.

Article 3. Implementation clauses

1. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed.

2. the Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of Electricity Regulatory Authority, Director of Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority, the Ministerial Chief Inspector, General Director of EVN, Directors of solar power plants and wind power plants mentioned in Article 1 shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
