Thực hiện quy định tại Điều\r\n56 của Luật Điều ước quốc tế năm 2016, Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng thông báo:
\r\n\r\nBản ghi nhớ giữa\r\nChính phủ nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam và Chính phủ Xinh-ga-po liên\r\nquan đến Điều 18.47 (Bảo hộ dữ liệu thí nghiệm hoặc dữ liệu bí mật khác đối với\r\nnông hóa phẩm) tại Chương 18 (Sở hữu trí tuệ) của Hiệp định Đối tác Toàn diện\r\nvà Tiến bộ xuyên Thái Bình Dương, ký ngày 08 tháng 3 năm 2018 tại\r\nSan-ti-a-gô đờ Chi-lê, có hiệu lực từ ngày 14 tháng 01 năm 2019.
\r\n\r\nBộ Ngoại giao trân trọng gửi bản sao Bản\r\nghi nhớ theo quy định tại Điều 59 của Luật nêu trên./.

\r\n\r\nIn connection with the signing on this\r\ndate of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific\r\nPartnership (the “Agreement”), I have the honour to confirm the following\r\nunderstanding reached between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet\r\nNam (“Viet Nam”) and the Government of the Republic of Singapore (“Singapore”)\r\nwith regard to Article 18.47 (Protection of Undisclosed Test or Other Data for\r\nAgricultural Chemical Products) of Chapter 18 (Intellectual Property) of the\r\nAgreement:
\r\n\r\nSingapore will refrain from seeking\r\nrecourse to Chapter 28 (Dispute Settlement) of the Agreement with regard to the\r\nobligations of Viet Nam under Article 18.47 (Protection of Undisclosed Test or\r\nOther Data for Agricultural Chemical Products) of Chapter 18 (Intellectual Property)\r\nof the Agreement for a period of five years after the fifth anniversary of the\r\ndate of entry into force of the Agreement for Viet Nam.
\r\n\r\nI would be grateful if you would\r\nconfirm that this understanding is shared by your government.
