To: The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
In consideration of the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (in the document No. 80/TTr-LDTBXH dated November 03, 2016 on days off during Tet holiday 2017 for officials and public employees and employees of administrative and non-business agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, the Prime Minister - Nguyen Xuan Phuc - hereby provides the following instructions:
1. The proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in the document No. 80/TTr-LDTBXH which is abovementioned on days off from December 29 , 2016 to January 05, 2017 under lunar calendar was approved.
2. Agencies and units applying the abovementioned schedule shall arrange operation of different divisions so that their work is carried out continuously to serve people well.
Agencies and units which do not include Saturday and Sunday in their weekly days off shall depend on their own plan to draw up a reasonable holiday schedule.
3. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is authorized to announce the Tet holiday schedule specified in point 1 and point 2.
