CIRCULAR
ON LOAD-CARRYING CAPACITY, DIMENSIONAL LIMITS OF ROAD; OPERATION OF OVERLOAD VEHICLES, OVERDIMENSION VEHICLES, AND TRACKED VEHICLES ON ROAD; TRANSPORT OF OVERSIZE, OVERDIMENSION LOAD; LIMITS OF CARGO LOADED ON ROAD TRANSPORT OPERATING ON ROADS
Circular No. 46/2015/TT-BGTVT dated September 7, 2015 of the Minister of Transport on load capacities and dimensional limits of roads; operation of overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles and tracked vehicles on roads; transport of oversize, overweight load; limits on amount of goods loaded onto road vehicles running on public roads coming into force from December 1, 2015, amended by:
Circular No. 36/2020/TT-BGTVT dated December 24, 2020 of the Minister of Transport on amendment to Circulars on periodic reports in road transport coming into force from February 15, 2021.
Pursuant to Law on Road Traffic dated November 13, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/ND-CP dated December 20, 2012 of Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministry of Transport;
At the request of Director of Transport Infrastructure Department and Director General of the Vietnam Road Administration;
The Minister of Transport promulgates Circular on load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of road; operation of overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on road; transport of oversize, overdimension load; limits of cargo loaded on road transport operating on roads. [1]

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1. Scope
This Circular prescribes load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of road; announcement of load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of road; operation of overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on roads; transport of oversize, overdimension load and limits of cargo loaded on road transport operating on roads.
Article 2. Regulated entities
This Circular applies to organizations and individuals related to the announcement of load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of roads; operation of overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on roads; transport of oversize, overdimension load and limits of cargo loaded on road transport operating on roads.
Article 3. Definition
In this Circular, terms below are construed as follows:
1. “gross weight” of a vehicle consists of curb weight of the vehicle together with weight of passengers and cargo loaded on the vehicle (if any).
2. “axle weight” refers to gross weight of a vehicle distributed on each axle or axle group.

4. “a tracked vehicle” refers to a self-propelled heavy-duty vehicle that moves using tracks which, when operating on road, can damage road surface and/or curb.
5. “a combination vehicle” refers to a straight truck towing a trailer or a tractor unit towing a semi-trailer.
6. “a pig trailer” refers to a trailer with a single axle group located in the middle of the trailer lengthwise.
7. “a dog trailer” refers to a trailer with an axle or axle group at the front connected to a drawbar and an axle or axle group at the rear.
8. “non-divisible load” refers to load with intact seals of customs/national defense and security authorities or a group of parts, equipment, machineries that will be damaged or changed in functionality if being disassembled or divided.
9. “railroad crossing” refers to a road segment that crosses a railway segment at the same level and is permitted for construction and use by a competent body.
Chapter II
REGULATIONS ON LOAD-CARRYING CAPACITY AND DIMENSIONAL LIMITS OF ROAD; ANNOUNCEMENT OF LOAD-CARRYING CAPACITY AND DIMENSIONAL LIMITS OF ROAD
Article 4. Load-carrying capacity of road

2. The ability of bridges to withstand load shall be determined based on bridge design dossiers and practical conditions of the bridges, announced by a competent body or shown on bridge weight limit signs as per regulations on road signs.
3. The ability of roads to withstand load shall be determined based on road surface design dossiers, announced by a competent body or shown on axle weight limit signs as per regulations on road signs.
Article 5. Dimensional limits of road
1. Dimensional limits of road refer to clearance of roads, bridges, ferry stations, and tunnels with sufficient height and width to allow vehicles and cargoes loaded thereon to traverse safely.
2. Height limit of road is 4,75 m for expressways, level I, level II, level III roads and 4,5 m for level IV roads and lower.
3. Width limit of road is the width of the lane depending on technical grade of road and terrain on which the road is built.
Article 6. Announcement of load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of roads, and technical conditions of railroad crossing
1. The Directorate for Roads of Vietnam is responsible for announcing load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of national highways, updating load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of roads, and technical conditions of railway crossing on a nationwide level on their website.
2. Departments of Transport are responsible for announcing load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of provincial roads and sending data to the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam in order to update on their website.

Article 7. Revision to load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of roads, and technical conditions of railroad crossing
1. The Directorate for Roads of Vietnam is responsible for updating load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of road, and technical conditions of railroad crossing in Vietnam every 6 months (before June 20 and December 20 each year).
2. Departments of Transport are responsible for updating load-carrying capacity, dimensional limits of roads in their provinces and sending data to Directorate for Roads of Vietnam in order to update on their website every 6 months (before June 15 and December 15 each year).
3. Vietnam Railway Administration is responsible for updating technical conditions of railroad crossing in Vietnam and sending data to the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam in order to update on their website every 6 months (before June 15 and December 15 each year).
4. Investors in public-private partnership model are responsible for updating load-carrying capacity and dimensional limit of road segments under their management and sending data to the Departments of Transport (for provincial roads) or Directorate for Roads of Vietnam (for national highways) in order to update on their website every 6 months (before June 10 and December 10 each year).
5. If bridges have not been upgraded to load-carrying capacity or dimensional limits of their connected roadways, road authority must erect signs signifying the current load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits of the bridges.
Article 8. Operation of road motorized vehicles
1. Motorized road vehicles that meet announced dimensional limit, load-carrying capacity of roads, and cargo limit requirements under Article 16, Article 17, Article 18, and Article 19 of this Circular are allowed to operate normally on announced routes and segments.
2. When operating on routes and segments other than those with announced load-carrying capacity and dimensional limits, vehicle owners, vehicle operators, and transport service buyers must comply with load limit and dimensional limit signs of roads, speed limit, and safe separation distance between vehicles.

Chapter III
REGULATIONS ON OPERATION OF OVERSIZE VEHICLES AND TRACKED VEHICLES ON ROAD
Article 9. Regulations on overload vehicles and overdimension vehicles operating on roads
1. An overload vehicle refers to a motorized road vehicle whose gross weight or axle weight exceeds load-carrying capacity of the road.
2. An overdimension vehicle refers to a motorized road vehicle whose outer dimensions, including dimensions of loaded cargoes, exceed the maximum permissible dimensions, to be specific:
a) The total length exceeds 20 m or 1,1 times the length of the vehicle;
b) The total width exceeds 2,5 m;
c) The total height from road surface exceeds 4,2 m (except for semitrucks hauling containers).
3. Heavy-duty vehicles whose gross weight or axle weight exceeds load-carrying capacity of road or outer dimensions exceed the maximum permissible dimensions stated under Clause 2 of this Article are considered overload vehicles or overdimension vehicles respectively for the purpose of operating on roads.

Tracked vehicles, while operating on roads, must be fitted with track pads, operating on slabs, etc. to protect road surface. If none of the aforementioned protective measures are adopted, tracked vehicles must be carried by other transport.
Article 11. Operation of over overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on roads
1. The operation of overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on roads must ensure safety for traffic and road structures.
2. Vehicle owners, carriers, transport service buyers, or vehicle operators, upon operating overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, or tracked vehicles on roads, must:
a) obtain license to operate overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, and tracked vehicles on roads issued by a competent body;
b) comply with the contents of the license.
3. Vehicles carrying goods exceeding the permissible load as per manufacturer’s design or permissible load in the Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles are not allowed to operate on roads.
Chapter IV
TRANSPORT OF OVERLOAD, OVERDIMENSION CARGOES ON ROADS

1. Overdimension cargoes are non-divisible load which, when loaded onto vehicles, has its outer dimensions (including those of the vehicles and loaded cargoes):
a) exceed 20,0 m in length;
b) exceed 2,5 m in width;
c) exceed 4,2 m or 4,35 m (for semitrucks hauling containers) in height from the highest point of the road surface.
2. Overload cargoes are non-divisible load whose weight exceeds 32 tonne.
Article 13. Transport vehicles of overload and overdimension cargoes
1. Vehicles transporting overload and overdimension cargoes must have dimensions and load capacity suitable with the cargoes being transported and matching those specified in the certificate of technical safety and environmental safety inspection.
2. If modular trailers are connected to transport overdimension and overload cargoes, registration authority shall verify in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection as follows: “Được phép ghép nối các module với nhau và phải có Giấy phép lưu hành xe do cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp phép”.
Article 14. Operation of vehicles transporting overdimension and overload cargoes on roads

2. Operators of vehicles transporting overdimension and overload vehicles, while on the road, must adequately comply with the license to operate and adhere to guidance of escorts or pilots (if any).
3. Cases where escort or pilot vehicles are required:
a) Total width exceeds 3,5 m or total length exceeds 20 m when cargoes are loaded onto transport vehicles;
b) Transport vehicles traverse road segments which must be reinforced.
4. Cases where road survey must be conducted:
a) Total width exceeds 3,75 m or total height exceeds 4,75 m or total length exceeds 20 m for level IV roads or lower or exceeds 30 m for level III roads or higher when cargoes are loaded onto vehicles;
b) Motorized road vehicles have gross weight or axle weight exceeding load-carrying capacity of road.
Chapter V
LIMITS OF CARGOES LOADED ON VEHICLES ENGAGING IN ROAD TRAFFIC

1. The loading of cargoes onto vehicles for the purpose of engaging in road traffic must conform to regulations on gross weight, axle weight, total loaded height, width, and length of the vehicles under Articles 16 through 19 hereof without exceeding maximum permissible load specified in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles.
2. Loaded cargoes must be arranged in an orderly fashion, secured properly, not obstructing operation of the vehicles, and ensuring traffic safety for the purpose of road traffic.
Article 16. Axle weight limits
1. Single axle: axle weight £ of 10 tonne.
2. Tandem axle group, depending on the distance (d) between the centers of the axles:
a) If d < 1,0 m, axle weight ≤ 11 tonne;
b) If 1,0 m ≤ d < 1,3 m, axle weight ≤ 16 tonne;
d) If d ≥ 1,3 m, axle weight ≤ 18 tonne.
3. Tri-axle group, depending on the distance (d) between the centers of any 2 axles:

b) If d > 1,3, axle weight ≤ 24 tonne.
Article 17. Gross weight limits
1. In case of a straight truck with:
a) 2 total axles, gross weight ≤ 16 tonne;
b) 3 total axles, gross weight ≤ 24 tonne;
c) 4 total axles, gross weight ≤ 30 tonne;
d) 5 total axles or more and the external bridge:
- Equals to or is less than 7 m, gross weight ≤ 32 tonne;
- Is greater than 7 m, gross weight ≤ 34 tonne.

a) 3 total axles, gross weight of combination vehicles ≤ 26 tonne;
b) 4 total axles, gross weight of combination vehicles ≤ 34 tonne;
c) 5 total axles and inner bridge from the center of the fifth wheel to the first axle of the semi-trailers:
- From 3,2 m to 4,5 m, gross weight of combination vehicles ≤ 38 tonne;
- Greater than 4,5 m, gross weight ≤ 42 tonne.
d) 6 total axles or more and inner bridge from the center of the fifth wheel to the first axle of the semi-trailers:
- From 3,2 m to 4,5 m, gross weight of combination vehicles ≤ 40 tonne; the cases where the vehicles carry a container, gross weight of the combination vehicles ≤ 42 tonne;
- From 4,5 m to 6,5 m, gross weight of combination vehicles ≤ 44 tonne;
- Greater than 6,5 m, gross weight ≤ 48 tonne.

a) The case where the straight truck tows a pig trailer where the distance from the center of the drawbar eye to the center of the axle group of the trailer measured on the horizontal plane of the drawbar ≥ 3,7 m, gross weight of the combination vehicle ≤ 45 tonne;
b) The case where the straight truck tows a dog trailer where the distance from the center of the drawbar eye to the center of the front axle or the center of the front axle group of the trailer measured on the horizontal plane of the drawbar ≥ 3,0 m, gross weight of the combination vehicle ≤ 45 tonne.
4. In case of a combination vehicle where a tractor unit tows a semi-trailer (as stated under Clause 2 of this Article) where the distance from the center of the fifth wheel to the center of the first axle of the semi-trailer < 3,2 m or a combination vehicle where a straight truck tows a pig trailer where the distance from the drawbar eye to the center of the axle group of the trailer < 3,7 m or a combination vehicle where a straight truck tows a dog trailer where the distance from the drawbar eye to the center of the front axle or the center of the front axle group of the trailer < 3,0 m, gross weight of the combination vehicle must be reduced by 2 tonne per 1 m of length reduced.
5. If a vehicle or a combination vehicle is fitted with lift axles (together with lifting and lowering mechanisms), gross weight of the vehicle or combination vehicle shall be determined in accordance with Article 16 and Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of this Article based on the total number of axles coming into contact with the road surface while the vehicle or combination vehicle is operating.
Article 18. Height of loaded road vehicles
1. In case of a stake body truck with roof, the maximum permissible height of loaded cargoes must be contained within the cargo area according to manufacturers’ design or renovated design approved by a competent body.
2. In case of a stake body truck without roof, cargoes that protrude from the maximum height of the cargo area (according to manufacturers' design or renovated design approved by a competent body) must be properly secured to ensure traffic safety on road. A loaded vehicle must not be taller than the following height, starting from the highest point of the road surface on which the vehicle is operating:
a) If the vehicle carries at least 5 tonne of cargo (as stated in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicle): the vehicle in its loaded state must not be taller than 4,2 m;
b) If the vehicle carries from 2,5 tonne to less than 5 tonne of cargo (as stated in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicle): the vehicle in its loaded state must not be taller than 3,5 m;

3. In case of heavy-duty vehicles and semitrucks hauling containers, these vehicles in their loaded state must not be taller than 4,35 m.
4. In case a vehicle carrying non-divisible load or construction materials namely rock, stone, sand, coal or commodities with similar characteristics, the loaded cargo must not be taller than the height of the cargo area as stated in the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicle.
Article 19. Load width and length while engaging in road traffic
1. The permissible load width on motorized road vehicles means the width of cargo space of the vehicles according to manufacturer’s design or renovated design approved by a competent body.
2. The permissible load length on motorized road vehicles must not exceed 1,1 times the length of the vehicles according to manufacturers’ design or renovated design approved by a competent body and not exceed 20,0 m. When load exceeds the length of cargo space, install sufficient warnings and properly, safely secure the load while engaging in road traffic.
3. Passenger vehicles must not be loaded with cargoes or luggage in a manner that the cargoes or luggage protrudes from the outer dimensions of the vehicles.
4. Mopeds and motorbikes must not be loaded with cargoes or luggage in a manner that the cargoes or luggage exceeds the width of luggage rack by 0,3 m on either side or extends by at least 0,5 m further behind the luggage rack. Load height calculated from the road surface must not exceed 1,5 m.
5. Non-motorized vehicles must not be loaded with cargoes in a manner that the cargo protrudes further from the front or rear of the vehicles by more than 1/3 of the vehicle body length or more than 1,0 m or in a manner that the cargo extends from either side of the vehicles by more than 0,4 m from the wheel.

Article 20. General regulations on issuance of license to operate overdimension vehicles, overload vehicles, tracked vehicles, vehicles transporting overdimension cargoes and overload cargoes on roads
1. The license to operate overdimension vehicles, overload vehicles, tracked vehicles, vehicles transporting overdimension cargoes and overload cargoes (hereinafter referred to as “license to operate”) on roads shall only be issued in special cases when no other transport solutions are viable and when no other motorized road vehicles are suitable for road transport.
2. The authority that issues license to operate shall:
a) choose appropriate routes to maintain safety of road traffic and road infrastructures;
b) not issue the license to operate if the vehicles carry load exceeding the intended load according to manufacturers’ design or the maximum permissible load of the vehicles after the renovation design has been approved and written on the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles;
c) lay out specific safety requirements such as speed, lane, and time of operation in the license when permitting operation on expressways.
3. Cases where the required vehicles exceed the capacity of roads which require surveying or inspection or reinforcement of road, organizations and individuals that request vehicle operation are responsible for incurring all relevant costs. Competent authority shall only issue the license to operate when the requesting organizations and individuals have fulfilled the tasks above.
4. Effective period of license to operate:
a) For overload vehicles and overdimension vehicles that are not subject to requirements pertaining to lane, pilot vehicles or escort vehicles or road reinforcement: the case where the vehicles operate on road or road segments that have been consistently upgraded or renovated, the license to operate shall last no longer than 90 days[2]; the case where the vehicles operate on road or road segments that have not been consistently upgraded or renovated, the license to operate shall last no longer than 30 days.

c) For self-propelled tracked vehicles operating on roads: the license to operate shall last for each trip from point of departure to point of arrival.
d) The effective periods under Points a, b, and c of this Clause must be contained within the effective period of the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles; if remaining effective period of the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles is shorter than the effective periods under Points a, b, and c of this Clause, the effective periods of the license to operate shall equal the remaining effective period of the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of the vehicles.
Article 21. Procedures for issuing license to operate
1. Organizations and individuals applying for license to operate shall submit application in person or via post service or online to issuing authority.
2. The application consists of:
a) Application form under Appendix 1, Appendix 2 hereof;
b) Copies of vehicle registration or temporary registration for recently received vehicles;
c) Copies of certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of motorized road vehicles; copies of technical specifications of recently received vehicles (attached to the vehicles by manufacturers);
d) Transport solutions for cases where road surveying must be conducted (if any), which contain: information on transport route; information on transport vehicle; information on transported cargo verified by cargo owners, including length, width, height (D x R x C) in meters; weight and image (if any); transport service contract or document designating transport service providers of cargo owners or transport service buyers.

4. If road surveying must be conducted in order to lay out the conditions for traffic participation or road reinforcement must be conducted, within 2 working days from the date on which adequate applications are received in accordance with Clause 2 of this Article, competent authority must request the applicants in writing to carry out road surveying or reinforcement.
The deadline for issuing license to operate shall not exceed 2 working days from the date on which reports on surveying results or reports on road reinforcement results issued by eligible counseling organizations are received.
Article 22. Entitlement to issue license to operate
1. Directors of Departments of Transport and Director of Vietnam Road Administration shall issue license to operate for nationwide road network.
2. The Minister of Transport shall decide for special cases that involve national defense and security or energy structures or natural disaster prevention and rescue.
Article 23. Responsibilities of issuing authority of license to operate
1. Issuing authority of license to operate is legally responsible for issuing license to operate to the right recipients, satisfying conditions of road and vehicles, and maintaining traffic safety.
2. Issuing authority has the right to revoke the license of license holders who violate any condition set forth in the license or cause damage to road structures without adequately repair in a timely manner.
3. Issuing authority shall guide organizations and individuals to choose suitable routes in order to maintain safety for road structures and vehicles.

5. Issuing authority shall charge and use issuance fee of license to operate in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 23a. Reporting[3]
1. Name of report: Report on issuance of license to operate.
2. Basic information of the report: Information on issuance of license to operate.
3. Entities responsible for producing the report: Vietnam Road Administration and Departments of Transport.
4. Recipients of the report: Directorate for Roads of Vietnam.
5. Method of sending and receiving the report: The report shall be displayed in physical form or electronic form. The report shall be sent to recipients in person or via post service or fax or email or other methods as per the law.
6. Frequency of report: Every quarter and every year.
7. Deadline of report: The 20thof the last month of a quarter for quarterly reports; the 20thof December for annual reports.

9. Forms of the report: Forms under Appendices 5a, 5b, 5c, and 6 hereof.
Chapter VII
ORGANIZING IMPLEMENTATION
Article 24. Inspection, punitive actions against violations, and damages
1. The inspection and punitive actions taken against violations under this Circular shall conform to applicable regulations on inspection and punitive actions.
2. If road structures are damaged as a result of failing to adhere to this Circular while operating overload vehicles, overdimension vehicles, tracked vehicles, or vehicle carrying oversize load, overdimension load on roads, violating organizations and individuals are responsible for paying damages as per the law.
Article 25. Implementation [4]
1. This Circular comes into force from December 1, 2015 and replaces Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BGTVT dated February 11, 2010 of the Minister of Transport; Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BGTVT dated February 22, 2011 of the Minister of Transport and Circular No. 65/2013/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2013 of the Minister of Transport.
2. With respect to domestically manufactured and/or assembled:

b) Release quality inspection record issued before the effective date hereof remains valid for the purpose of processing vehicle registration and technical safety and environmental inspection.
3. With respect to imported vehicles:
a) Import vehicles that enter Vietnamese ports or checkpoints before the effective date hereof shall have their gross weight determined in accordance with the certificate of technical safety and environmental protection in accordance with Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BGTVT and Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BGTVT of the Minister of Transport;
b) Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection for import motorized vehicles and notice on exemption from technical safety and environmental protection inspection of import motorized vehicles issued to vehicles entering Vietnamese ports or checkpoints before the effective date hereof shall remain valid for the purpose of processing import procedures, conducting first-time technical safety and environmental protection inspection, collecting registration fee, and registering vehicles as per the law.
4. If vehicles issued with certificate of technical safety and environmental protection before the effective date hereof carry more than the permissible load, relevant specifications must be adjusted in accordance with this Circular.
Article 26. Organizing implementation
1. Directorate for Roads of Vietnam is responsible for:
a) organizing, inspecting, and supervising implementation of this Circular; taking charge and cooperating with issuing authorities in connecting network and transmitting data to the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam; managing data pertaining to issuance of license to operate as per the law;
b) organizing training for implementation of the Circular; providing instructions to use the software for issuing license to operate for issuing authorities;

2. Vietnam Road Administration and Departments of Transport are responsible for:
a) complying with this Circular;
b) publicizing procedures, fees, and time for issuance of license to operate;
c) storing, producing reports as per the law; connecting, securing password, and updating data on the network provided by Directorate for Roads of Vietnam;
d) complying with and facilitating inspection, examination, and supervision of licensing activity of the authority;

3. Chief of Ministry Office, Chief of Ministry Inspectorate, Directors of Departments, General Director of the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam, Director of Vietnam Register, Director of Vietnam Railway Authority, Directors of Departments of Transport, heads of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
4. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Transport./.

[2] This point is corrected in accordance with Article 1 of Decision No. 3929/QD-BGTVT dated November 3, 2015 on correction of Circular No. 46/2015/TT-BGTVT dated September 7, 2015 of the Minister of Transport.
[3] This Article is added in accordance with Clause 1 Article 5 of Circular No. 36/2020/TT-BGTVT on amendment to Circulars prescribing periodic reports in road sector coming into force from February 15, 2021.
[4] Article 10 of Circular No. 36/2020/TT-BGTVT amending Circulars prescribing periodic reports in road sector, coming into force from February 15, 2021:
“Article 10. Entry into force
1. This Circular comes into force from February 15, 2021.
2. Chief of the Ministry Office, Chief Inspector of Ministry, Directors, Director General of Vietnam Road Administration, director of Vietnam Register, directors of Transport Departments of provinces and central-affiliated cities; heads of relevant entities and individuals are responsible for implementation of this Circular./.”
[5] This Clause is annulled in accordance with Clause 2 Article 5 of Circular No. 36/2020/TT-BGTVT dated December 24, 2020 of the Minister of Transport amending Circulars prescribing periodic reports in road sector, coming into force from February 15, 2021.
