DECISION
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS WHICH CEASE TO BE EFFECTIVE
THE MINISTER OF FISHERIES
Pursuant to the November 12, 1996 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and the 2002 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP of May 2, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 770/QD-BTS of October 3, 2002 setting up the Board for revision and systemization of legal documents in the fisheries sector;
At the proposal of the director of the Legal Department - the head of the Board for revision and systemization of legal documents in the fisheries sector,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the list of legal documents, including 23 documents (enclosed herewith), issued by the Ministry of Fisheries, which cease to be effective.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3.- The director of the Ministry's Office, the heads of the Departments, the Ministry's Inspectorate and non-business organizations under the Ministry as well as the directors of the provincial/municipal Services of Fisheries and Services of Agriculture and Rural Development (which manage fisheries) shall have to implement this Decision.
